About —
I am Callie Moore, a nature enthusiast, plant lover, animal crazed, hippie-dippie herbal mama. My family likes to call me “granola.” I was born and raised in the plains of Oklahoma and after many lives lived I landed in the hills of Colorado. And I love Colorado! We live on a ranch tucked back in the foothills of Golden just west of Denver. I am truly living my dream life with my amazing husband and two precious daughters and a whole army of farm animals.
Growing up in Oklahoma I didn’t exactly live the most healthful lifestyle. In fact, I did not even know what organic was until college. It wasn’t for lack of trying, we just didn’t really have the knowledge. When I was in my twenties, I was plagued with digestive issues, menstrual irregularities, weight gain and so on. I had one health issue after the next and after going to many doctors and getting little results, I began my own research into the health world.
Since then, I have become a clinical herbalist and and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2002, and became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2013. I believe strongly that our health and wholeness is about so much more than just nutrition. Our bodies are so brilliantly made and they are intricately connected to our emotions, our minds, our beliefs and our spirit. When those things all work together, that is when we are truly healthy. It is a journey and I am passionate about sharing mine and helping others on their way. I believe, most importantly, that there is hope for healing.
